Our Produce
Pork
All our pork products are from pigs that are raised in a free-range environment, ensuring the highest standards of quality and taste. We prioritise the well-being of our pigs by avoiding intensive fattening methods. Instead, our pigs are allowed to roam freely in woodlands, providing them with an active lifestyle and a varied diet. We are proud to primarily raise Middle White pigs, a non-commercial breed known for its exceptional finishing and amazing taste.
By choosing this high-quality breed, we can guarantee that our customers will experience the utmost satisfaction when enjoying our pork products. We are committed to providing you with pork that not only meets the highest standards but also reflects our dedication to ethical and sustainable farming practices.
Beef
Our beef products are sourced from trusted neighboring farms where the cattle graze naturally and enjoy a pasture-fed diet. This means that they have access to open fields and are not confined to pens or barns. The cattle are able to roam freely, which promotes their overall well-being and allows them to exhibit natural behaviors.
Additionally, the pasture-fed diet ensures that the cattle receive a balanced and nutritious diet, resulting in high-quality beef products that are rich in flavor and tenderness. We take pride in our commitment to sustainable and ethical farming practices, ensuring that our customers can enjoy beef products that are not only delicious but also produced with care for the animals and the environment.
Lamb
All our lamb is grass fed and enjoy a low intensity fattening regime. We promote yearling lamb, which has been given extra time to mature.
Meat from rare native sheep are also something that we take pleasure in producing. Not only are they very tasty but by rearing them, we increase the number of these often endangered rare breeds and add important numbers to the flock book.
All our lambs are raised in spacious and natural environments, allowing them to graze on nutrient-rich pastures. This ensures that our lamb is not only full of flavour but also tender and succulent.
